Pricing:

The price is based on the size of the space, cost of materials, the difficulty and amount of detail involved. The location of the piece (loft or ceiling that would require scaffolding) is also a factor.

The Process:

To begin the process of transforming your personal spaces, email or call Paula at paula@pfmurals.com or 757-291-5477. Paula will discuss your needs and assist you with forming your needs into a solution for the space. We will discuss ideas and exchange reference materials that you may have collected, wall surface and size, your price range, if applicable, and any other details that applies to the project.

If you are local, Paula will setup an initial meeting to share ideas and see the space. If extended travel is required, most prep work can be handled via email, with digital photos of the space, or at the client’s discretion of travel fees. After the meeting or viewing of the photos, several initial sketches are made to be reviewed by the client with varying detail and pricing. Upon the client selecting the sketch of their choice, it is fine tuned to meet their exact specifications.

At this point a contracted is created and signed, and a down payment of 50% of the total estimated cost is required. Once the detailed sketch is given final approval, a date for painting or delivery is set.
